09 Jan 2013 “World recognize the power of skills” and this quotation is true for gurukulites.The Gurukul Vidyapeeth Institute of Engineering and Technology gives aeronautical students the real exposure of field. They bought Rolls Royce Airplane Engine Turbo Prop RR dart for their students for classroom practicals related to aircraft designs, construction and testing of aircrafts. The engine delivers greater speed, improved comfort, increased reliability and unmatched operational capability. Aerospace engineering involves the design, construction and science of airplanes and space vehicles and uses computer technology in the design space extensively. Aeronautical engineering uses the science of propulsion and aerodynamics.

Rally on Girl Child Education Awareness

20 Dec 2012 Gurukul Vidyapeeth Campaign For Girl Child Education Awareness. Around 120 persons Campaigning staff and student of Gurukul Vidyapeeth formed the pet of the rally carried out in Banur Town. In this campaigning students carrying banners with a slogan “Educate Every Girl Child” “Educate girls change the world” and spread valuable awareness among the common men of banur region. Baba Dilbag Singh Ji Karsewa Wale, Banur, flag the rally.

Rally Againest Female Foeticide

14 Dec 2012 Looking for ways to create awareness on the declining sex ratio in the district, Gurukul Vidyapeeth Institute of Engineering & Technology organize Rally March as ‘Kanya Janm Mahotsav’ in the Rajpura . Around 150 students from Gurukul Vidyapeeth. The Rally told about the constantly dipping sex-ratio, its reasons and consequences. Various important suggestions and questions emerged: ‘dowry should be abolished’, ‘foeticide isn’t limited to any specific religion or ethnic group’, ‘girls have equal right to live’.

To corroborate  this diwali in a special way Management, staff and students of Gurukul Vidyapeeth Organized a Campaign of Green Diwali at Patiala as esteemed presence of Sh. Tech Fest 31/03/12 – Gurukul Vidyapeeth has celebrated its annual technical fest, CRESCENDO 2012 on 30th and 31st March with full enthusiasm. The Chief Guest on the second day of CRESCENDO 2012 was graced by Mr.A.K.Pandey, DIG, SSG, and Punjab Police. He said that Techno Cultural Fest aimed atserving a platform for all interested students to showcase their skills, creativity & ingenuity. He added that such celebrations are the soul of any institution that creates the actual realm for the institutional advancement. . On the final day the festival sucessfully concluded when the students rocked to the beats of songs of the famous Punjabi singer, Jelly. It was a show of excellence and brilliance.

“GURUKUL VIDYAPEETH” running seven AICTE approved colleges running under our brand name situated at our two campuses i.e. North Campus & South Campus at Chandigarh Patiala National Highway Village Ramnagar, Near Banur on the National Highway Number -64 and an a campus of international standards is coming up in Mohali Industrial Area Phase II to provide world class education through IT technology. To achieve the same already the tie ups have been made to provide B.Tech courses from IGNOU, New Delhi , MBA & MCA from Pondicherry University (a Central University), Supply Chain Management Courses by E-Acharaya Edusys Private Limited , Courses in Communication skills and personality development etc.
                                                                       The Trust is running various courses in fields of B-Tech, Management, BBA & BCA in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Appropriate and Competent Authorities i.e., All India Council for technical education,a statutory body of the government of India, Department of Technical education and Industrial Training Government of Punjab and Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Now the Trusts have tied up with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and Pondicherry University for granting Distant. OUR CAMPUSES

Above mentioned colleges are running at our campuses spread over 400,000 sq feet area which are located at: “Gurukul Vidyapeeth South Campus”, Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway, Village Ramnagar (Banur), Distt. Patiala, Punjab, India” “Gurukul Vidyapeeth North Campus”, Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway, Village Ramnagar (Banur), Distt. Patiala, Punjab, India.” “Gurukul Vidyapeeth Centre of Excellence”, Plot No. C-29, Industrial Area, Phase II SAS Nagar, Mohali. This campus is spread over an area of approximately 40 acres of land. The front area of this campus which we are developing as a shopping complex has 20 SCO areas which measure approximately 20 feet by 60 feet each. Banur is now developing at a very high pace. It has become the next Institutional Hub of Punjab due to Engineering, Medical, Nursing, Management colleges in this area. It has 3 engineering colleges within the range of 10 km whereas the Mohali is the IT destination of the Punjab.
